Your Inquiries: 11-29 to 12-06

Hello, faithful readers!  In this article, I’ll be taking a look at some of the search inquiries that bring readers to our blog.  We get this information as part of our statistics, and it can be really helpful as a way to gauge what the community is interested in.  Today, we’ll look at some of the most popular, interesting, and amusing search terms to come our way in the last week.

Also, if you’re awake later, don’t forget to stop by our World Cyber Games 2011 coverage!

In the last week, the most popular search term has been “new jungle guide,” completely unsurprisingly.  As it happens, our very own DamnDirtyCat posted a Guide to the New Jungle on the 30th.  It’s pretty excellent, and I’d recommend checking it out.

Next, there are a lot of variations on the same theme – how can I “get out of elo hell?”  A while ago, I had written a brief guide based on my own experiences.  The guide remains true today, because it focuses on general goals and attitudes, rather than specific champions or tactics.

Then there’s the comedic ones – we’ve had searches for “i can not get out of elo hell no matter how good i do,” “league of legends hot sexy leblanc,” “why mordekaiser sucks,” and my personal favorite, “you suck at lol.”  We get a lot of “X champion sucks/OP” searches as well, which change as each patch comes out.  Our comedy posts tend to be collaborative and speculative about different subjects.

We get a lot of champion-specific searches as well; even though we don’t get enough for a real statistically-valid survey, these are the most-searched champions (that lead to our blog).  In first is Nidalee, likely due to her fairly recent changes.  Next most popular seems to be Leona, another champ we’ve done a brief review of.  Third in popularity is Fizz, someone atenthirtyone weighed in on.  Nasus, Xerath, and Skarner were the next three in popularity.

What do you want to see that isn’t represented here?  What burning questions do you have for us?  Leave a comment and let us know!  Also, don’t forget to check out our LIVE coverage of the World Cyber Games Grand Finals 2011 in Busan, South Korea.

See you on the fields of justice!

Show some game casts of the Op hybrids. Does this this include Kayle?

Kayle has the potential, in my opinion, to be completely OP. Just look at her ratios! Reckoning scales at 1:1 on *both* AP and AD, and applies a slow. Her heal and E don’t give as much, but I think that dealing bonus magic damage along with 40% of total AD in splash is pretty awesome! We’re always looking for new things, and more game casts are always fun. We’ll do some team normals and cast those for you!

A generall good idea would have an analysis of a new champ after the release.
If possible within the first week.
But at least bevore everybody can check it out himself, I think this is 2 weeks after release.
As I pointed out, not only the strenght of them, but also what you should now how to beat them.
Also very intersting a feeling about the power, e.g. currently to powerfull, or weak.

It’s really helpful to read these – sometimes, it seems like we’re talking to ourselves, and so people (basically just me) sometimes lose focus on providing timely content, I guess. I can definitely tell you I’m grabbing the Nine-Tailed Fox champ ASAP though, so you’ll get a review of her for sure.

Another topic is to highlight champs that were previously unplayable, but returned to favor with a new patch or mechanic
